The staff at River City Church approached us with a desire to reboot their entire visual presence. Their issue wasn’t that they did not know who they are but that they knew exactly who they are, and their brand no longer aligned. During the discovery phase, the lead pastor commented that as a staff, they were also finding it hard to identify with their name as a whole.
We took a deep dive with RCC. We concluded that the issue wasn’t their name, but a lack of context and meaning anchored to their name. We concluded that the following deliverables would need to be developed and deployed to achieve the desired goals:
