River City Church approached us with a desire to reboot their entire visual presence. Their issue wasn’t an identity issue, but rather their brand no longer aligned with who they had become. During the discovery phase, the lead pastor commented that, as a staff, they were also finding it hard to identify with their name as a whole. We took a deep dive with RCC. We concluded that the issue wasn’t their name, but a lack of context and meaning anchored to their name. We concluded that a variety of deliverables would need to be developed and deployed to achieve the desired goals, including visual identity rebrand, new website, videos, internal signage, and various elements to help communicate their vision.
